1. About us

youjet.club (“YouJet”, “we”, “us”) is operated by ASC YouJet Group Malta Limited (Company No. C 115952), Paola, Malta. YouJet arranges private jet and helicopter charter flights and related concierge services as an agent and broker on behalf of its clients. YouJet is not an air carrier and does not operate aircraft. All flights are operated by independent air operators holding a valid Air Operator Certificate (AOC) issued by the relevant aviation authority.

2. Scope

These Terms & Conditions apply to all quotes, bookings, memberships and services arranged through youjet.club. By requesting a quote, making a booking or purchasing a membership, you agree to these terms. The operating carrier’s own conditions of carriage also apply to every flight and will be provided with your booking confirmation.

3. Quotes

Quotes are based on information available at the time and are subject to aircraft availability, operator confirmation, airport and routing permissions, and changes in fuel, taxes, fees and exchange rates. A quote is not a confirmed booking.

4. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only when you have accepted the charter agreement and we have received payment as set out in it. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, full payment is due before departure. Additional costs incurred on the day (for example extra waiting time, de-icing, route changes or additional catering) may be charged after the flight.

5. Passengers, documents and baggage

You are responsible for ensuring that all passengers hold valid passports, visas and health or entry documents for every destination, and for providing accurate passenger details before departure. Baggage limits depend on the aircraft and will be confirmed with your booking. Dangerous goods may not be carried except as permitted by the operator and applicable regulations.

6. Changes, delays and cancellation by the operator

The operator and pilot-in-command have final authority over the safety of the flight, including decisions to delay, divert or cancel because of weather, technical, air traffic control or security reasons. Where a flight cannot operate, we will use reasonable efforts to source a suitable replacement aircraft. Cancellation and refund rules are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

7. Conduct on board

Passengers must follow crew instructions at all times. The operator may refuse carriage to anyone who is intoxicated, behaves in a disruptive or unsafe manner, or fails to comply with safety or security requirements, without refund.

8. Memberships

Membership benefits, fees and renewal terms are described on the relevant membership page at the time of purchase. Membership fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

9. Liability

Liability for passengers, baggage and delay during carriage rests with the operating air carrier in accordance with applicable law, including the Montreal Convention and EU Regulation (EC) No 2027/97 where applicable. As agent, YouJet’s liability is limited to the proper performance of its own booking and arranging services. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Privacy

We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malta, and the courts of Malta have jurisdiction over any dispute, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have in your country of residence.
